Care Instructions
How should I wash the towels?
- We recommend a 40ºC wash for all of our pure cotton towels.
- Please avoid detergents with optical brighteners if you have a coloured towel or a coloured trim as over time, the brighteners will start to fade the colour.
- Fabric softener is not recommended for towels as it creates a build up on the surface of the towel.
How should I dry the towels?
- We recommend tumble drying on a low heat.

Shipping times
UK and International Standard delivery for in stock, readymade pieces is 1-2 days. If you wish to personalise our readymade pieces, please allow 10-12 days.
UK and International Standard delivery for customised pieces is 4-6 weeks.
We do everything to ensure orders arrive within their normal time frames, but some international deliveries may be delayed due to local government restrictions. In the rare occurrence of a delay in delivery, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know.
Order tracking
All orders are sent via DHL courier. Tracking numbers are automatically sent as soon as your order is picked up. For your peace of mind, our couriers require a signature upon delivery due to the value of our products to ensure your order is safely and securely delivered.
