Care Instructions
How should I wash the table linen?
- We recommend a 40 degree wash for your table linen. Please avoid washing alongside heavily soiled items or those that may cause colour transfer.
- Please be aware that many detergents now contain some form of bleach or ‘optical brighteners’. Over time, these will affect the appearance of your linen, so we would suggest using a detergent free from brightening or bleaching agents, particularly for coloured pieces or embroidered trims. Please do not bleach.
How should I dry the table linen?
- Your table linen can be tumble dried on a low heat. Ironing whilst the linen is still a little damp helps greatly in reducing any stubborn creases.
- Alternatively, a light spray of water whilst using a steam iron works equally well. We recommend a medium iron setting for the best results.

Shipping times
UK and International Standard delivery for in stock, readymade pieces is 1-2 days. If you wish to personalise our readymade pieces, please allow 10-12 days.
UK and International Standard delivery for customised pieces is 4-6 weeks.
We do everything to ensure orders arrive within their normal time frames, but some international deliveries may be delayed due to local government restrictions. In the rare occurrence of a delay in delivery, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know.
Order tracking
All orders are sent via DHL courier. Tracking numbers are automatically sent as soon as your order is picked up. For your peace of mind, our couriers often require a signature upon delivery due to the value of our products to ensure your order is safely and securely delivered.
