How do I clean my washbag?
Crafted from beautifully tactile wool fabric and finished with delicate embroidery, this washbag is designed to be both practical and enduringly elegant. To preserve its structure, colour and the integrity of the embroidered detailing, we recommend dry clean only.
Avoid machine washing, hand washing or tumble drying, as moisture and agitation can cause distortion, shrinkage or puckering around the stitched areas. If required, small marks can be gently spot cleaned using a soft, slightly damp cloth.
Store in a cool, dry place and avoid prolonged exposure to moisture or direct heat to maintain the refined finish and shape of the bag over time.

UK and International Standard delivery for in stock, readymade pieces is 1-2 days. If you wish to personalise our readymade pieces, please allow 10-12 days.
UK and International Standard delivery for customised pieces is 4-6 weeks.
We do everything to ensure orders arrive within their normal time frames, but some international deliveries may be delayed due to local government restrictions. In the rare occurrence of a delay in delivery, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know.
Order tracking
All orders are sent via DHL courier. Tracking numbers are automatically sent as soon as your order is picked up. For your peace of mind, our couriers require a signature upon delivery due to the value of our products to ensure your order is safely and securely delivered.
