We are continually striving to improve and streamline our processes from purchase to delivery. We are always committed to securing the best rates from our trusted suppliers, ensuring that our linens offer not only exceptional quality but also the best value for our customers.
Payment & Delivery
Delivery terms
UK and International Standard delivery for readymade pieces is up to 1 week.
UK and International Standard delivery for customised pieces is 4-6 weeks.
We are doing everything to ensure orders arrive within their normal time frames, but some international deliveries may be delayed due to local government restrictions. In the rare occurrence of a delay in delivery, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know.
Please inform us if you require your order for a certain date and we will endeavour to meet this. We can often expedite orders.
Delivery will be made to the address you provide at the point of ordering. If you wish to change the delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible by phone or email. For all our deliveries, a signature may be required.
Payment terms
If and when you decide to order, we kindly request full payment before we can start to create your customised pieces.

Delivery costs
UK Standard delivery costs:
UK mainland Free Of Charge orders over £300
UK mainland £16.00 on orders under £300.
For all Abode stock items, please allow 48hrs for delivery, from time of despatch. All products will be sent by DHL courier.
For all bespoke items such as embroidery or custom sizes, delivery will depend on the complexity of the order, but we would expect to deliver between 4-6 weeks.
For your peace of mind, our couriers require a signature upon delivery due to the value of our products. This ensures your order is safely and securely delivered. If you are unavailable, the courier will leave a notification with instructions to reschedule at a time convenient to you.
International Standard delivery costs :
Europe:
FREE for orders over £300
£20 for orders under £300 (Courier delivery)
Rest of the world:
FREE for orders over £500
£30 for orders under £500 (Courier delivery)
Local import duties may apply.
Cancellation and returns
For any items that are custom made, you have 7 days after payment if you need to change any details. Bespoke items cannot be exchanged or refunded unless faulty.
