How to order
At Gilly Nicolson we pride ourselves on the strong relationships we build with our customers. Our Online Shop is a new feature so that you can order simply and quickly from the comfort of your home.
You can order any of our bed linen and table linen designs online, it’s a simple process of choosing your favourite design, then choose your sheeting and then the ribbon, trim or stitch colour. Our crockery, bedding and towels are easy to order online too.
We will soon have even more options and products available for you to purchase online. In the meantime, if you would like to discuss customised towels, monogramming, or have any other questions, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with our office by any of these methods and we will respond as quickly as we can.
Payment & Delivery
UK and International Standard delivery for readymade pieces is 1-2 weeks.
UK and International Standard delivery for customised pieces is 4-5 weeks.
We are doing everything to ensure orders arrive within their normal time frames, but some international deliveries may be delayed due to local government restrictions. In the rare occurrence of a delay in delivery we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know.
Please inform us if you require your order for a certain date and we will endeavour to meet this.
Delivery will be made to the address you provide at the point of ordering. If you wish to change the delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible by phone or email. For all our deliveries, a signature may be required.
If and when you decide to order, we kindly request full payment before we can start to create your customised pieces.

Card Payments: We accept the following cards payments online: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro and Visa Electron.
Klarna: Quick and convenient – buy now, pay later or in instalments.
PayPal: We accept PayPal payments online.
UK Standard delivery costs:
FREE for orders over £150
£8 for orders under £150 (DHL delivery)
International Standard delivery costs :
Europe:
FREE for orders over £200
£20 for orders under £200 (Courier delivery)
Rest of the world:
FREE for orders over £500
£30 for orders under £500 (Courier delivery)
Local import duties may apply.
For any items that are custommade, you have 7 days after payment if you need to change any details. Bespoke items cannot be exchanged or refunded unless faulty.
