Care instructions

For hygiene, we recommend using cotton pillow and mattress protectors. Our range of protectors are pure cotton and can also be easily washed in the machine. Most of our pillows and duvets can be machine washed but some need dry cleaning. Please refer to the individual care label for more information.

Delivery terms

UK Standard delivery for readymade pieces is 1-2 weeks.

UK Standard delivery for customised pieces is 4-5 weeks.

 

International Standard delivery for readymade pieces is 1-2 weeks.

International Standard delivery for customised pieces is 4-5 weeks.

We are doing everything to ensure orders arrive within their normal time frames, but some international deliveries may be delayed due to local government restrictions.

 

Please inform us if you require your order for a certain date and we will endeavour to meet this. 

In the rare occurrence of a delay in delivery we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know.

 

Delivery will be made to the address you provide at the point of ordering. If you wish to change the delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible by phone or email.

 

For all our deliveries, a signature may be required.

Delivery charges

UK Standard delivery costs:

 

• FREE for orders over £150

• £8 for orders under £150  

 

International Standard delivery costs :

 

Europe:

• FREE for orders over £200

• £20 for orders under £200 

 

Rest of the world:

• FREE for orders over £500

• £30 for orders under £500 

 

Local import duties may apply.

Cancellation and returns

We hope that you will be happy with your purchase, but if you are not, you can return any item within 30 days of receipt. Any products being returned must be in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and in their original packaging.

Items which are damaged, used or have not been packaged well may not be refunded. Please repack your items with care and attention using all the original packaging.

85/15 Goose Feather & Down Pillow

This mix of goose feather and down creates a lovely, sumptuous pillow and is now a firm favourite with our customers. Goose feathers are softer and have more of a curl which means they have a higher fill power thereby providing a slightly higher level of support.

All of our feather and down bedding is NOMITE and Downafresh® Certified. Find out more about our accreditations. Orders take approx. 2 weeks.

Delivery of your bedlinen will take approximately 4 weeks from time of ordering to point of delivery to you (if in the UK). Please inform us if you require your order for a certain date and we will endeavour to meet this. For orders outside the UK, we will provide you with an estimated delivery date.

International orders and sale orders under £100 will be charged at cost (please enquire).

Cancellation and returns

Because your bedlinen will be custom made, you have 7 days after payment if you need to change any details. Bespoke items cannot be exchanged or refunded unless faulty.
